Job Summary
Tanning and Beauty Advisor at Palm Beach Tan delivering friendly, professional customer consultations to educate clients on sunbed, spray tanning, and skincare options; meet and exceed sales goals daily/weekly/monthly; maintain a clean salon, handle cash and opening/closing duties, and complete daily administrative tasks while staying compliant with company and legal guidelines. Requires the ability to stand for extended periods (up to 7 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds, with reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, teamwork, training and growth opportunities, and providing an upbeat, educated experience to drive sales and brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required
