Job Summary
Responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer to transport and deliver products while ensuring proper handling, documentation, and compliance. Provides backup support for warehouse operations as needed. Key responsibilities include inspecting vehicles pre- and post-trip, operating a tractor-trailer in compliance with regulations, reviewing shipping documents and obtaining customer signatures, loading/unloading and securing cargo, operating forklifts for warehouse duties, and supporting warehouse operations with packaging, labeling, and staging products. Must meet Federal and Oregon DOT regulations, have a valid Class A CDL with tank endorsement, and possess solid safety and communication skills. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or general equivalency diploma
- Two (2) years tractor/trailer driving experience under a DOT certified carrier within the past three (3) years
- Valid Class A CDL with tank endorsement (no air brake restrictions)
- Working knowledge of safe cargo handling, including proper loading, blocking, bracing, and securing techniques
- Basic computer skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
