Lead specialized aboveground storage tank repair crews on external and internal floating roof projects, managing skilled welders, boilermakers, and technicians to meet API 653 standards and daily cost objectives. Execute "Look Ahead" schedules for confined space entry and hot work, coordinate heavy crane lifts, and oversee seal replacements, roof drain systems, and structural integrity repairs. Conduct daily toolbox meetings, enforce OSHA regulations, and manage QA/QC inspections including vacuum box and radiographic testing. Review tank drawings, monitor labor productivity, and maintain accurate daily reports on job numbers, cost codes, and completed quantities.
