Job Summary
Tank Farm Supervisor at McCormick in Las Cruces, NM. Responsible for leading tank farm operators, coordinating and supervising 90-minute and 20-minute tasks, maintaining stored products in tanks per Quality and Food Safety specifications, assigning duties for plug/air/manual mix/clean sides to preserve product quality, inspecting fermentation tanks per SOPs, performing monthly tank inventories, installing and repairing water lines with faucets/water hoses, and notifying the Operations Manager of repairs or quality issues. Ensures compliance with color-coded container policy and Food Safety/Quality requirements, and reports issues to Management. Requires ability to work in high temperatures, strong communication, and maintaining a clean work environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to physically stand, stoop, bend, twist, turn, and reach overhead.
- Must be able to work in high ambient temperatures.
