Job Summary
Phillips Tank & Structure is hiring a Tank Builder / Welder for nationwide projects focused on building and repairing tanks. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and various skills including welding, communication, and teamwork are emphasized.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to our systems
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to authorize background checks
- No criminal convictions for dishonesty, sexual misconduct, violence, or acts of terrorism
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to authorize motor vehicle driving record checks
- Willingness to submit to pre-hire, random, and post-incident drug and alcohol testing
