Tank Builder / Welder (Nationwide)

Full-time Tank Builder/Welder needed to fabricate and weld above-ground metal storage tanks nationwide. Day-to-day duties include arc and torch cutting and gouging; welding plate with 7018, 7024 and 6010 SMAW processes, flux core FCAW, and submerged arc automatic machines; use of lifting and movement equipment; performing vacuum box tests, oil tests, and other nondestructive quality examinations; reading erection and fabrication drawings; planning sequencing of fitting up, welding, repairing, and constructing tanks; adhering to safety protocols and conducting safety trainings; operating forklifts and various lifts; crane awareness and rigging knowledge; collaborating with crew members on project delivery. Requirements include strong communication and organizational skills, reliable attendance, willingness to learn, and a high school diploma or equivalent; eligible to work in the United States; willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
