Job Summary
Tank Builder / Welder responsible for arc and torch cutting, welding plate with SMAW/FCAW including 7018, 7024, 6010; gouging; using generators, compressors, tuggers, grinders; handling lifting equipment and tank scaffolding; performing non-destructive tests (vacuum box, oil, dye penetrant); operating cranes and rigging; reading erection and fabrication drawings; planning welding sequences; safety training and job-site QA; ability to follow directions and work with a crew; must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, able to lift 50 lbs, and pass background/drug checks. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Be willing to authorize background checks.
- Have no criminal convictions for dishonesty, sexual misconduct, violence, or acts of terrorism.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Be willing to authorize motor vehicle driving record checks.
- Be willing to submit to pre-hire, random, and post-incident drug and alcohol testing.
