Job Summary
Tank Builder / Welder responsibilities include arc and torch cutting and gouging, welding plate with 7018/7024/6010 SMAW, FCAW, and submerged arc, using lifting and measurement equipment, performing non-destructive testing (vacuum box tests, oil tests, dye penetrant tests), and reading erection/fabrication drawings. Requires teamwork, good communication, problem-solving, reliability, safety awareness, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility to work in the United States; high school diploma or equivalent is required. Wielding and crane/rigger skills are advantageous; background checks and drug testing are part of the process. Location: Cincinnati, OH; full-time (nationwide opportunities listed with the employer). Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Be willing to authorize background checks
- Have no criminal convictions for dishonesty, sexual misconduct, violence, or acts of terrorism
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be willing to authorize motor vehicle driving record checks
- Be willing to submit to pre-hire, random, and post-incident drug and alcohol testing
