Job Summary

Lead asset due diligence and valuation engagements end-to-end, oversee analysis of client data, market research, asset inspections, financial modelling, and quality assurance of deliverables. Direct complex asset valuations for mergers & acquisitions, purchase price accounting, and related purposes; oversee physical inspections of plant and equipment across domestic and international sites; design and review valuation models; lead senior-level client meetings; drive business development; and mentor junior staff to build capability within the practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Background in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent STEM discipline, combined with a Business/Commerce degree.
  • Membership or eligibility for professional bodies such as the American Society of Appraisers, Australian Property Institute, or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and relevant certifications preferred.
