Job Summary
TANF Career Navigator at Equus Workforce Solutions supporting career preparation and workforce development. Responsibilities include case management to help customers prepare for employment, delivering workshops and webinars, coordinating online learning activities and monitoring progress, administering pre/post assessments per TWIST, assessing skills and abilities, tailoring curriculum based on employer feedback, collaborating with area businesses and agencies to enhance school-to-work opportunities, guiding students through career options, maintaining participant records, and ensuring readiness for training activities in alignment with Chapter 339. Required or preferred qualifications emphasize instructional design and facilitation experience, facilitation, public speaking, organization, and the ability to relate to diverse populations. All roles comply with EEO guidelines and promote an inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
