Job Summary
Welcome and identify customer needs, explain products and services, monitor inventory to ensure stock levels, enter and process orders, and investigate customer complaints. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining consistent service standards. This role requires previous sales or customer service experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with physical demands including standing for two hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.
