Job Summary
Assess patient oral health and jaw structure suitability for Mandibular Repositioning Appliances (MRA). Take dental impressions or 3D scans to fabricate custom SomnoDent devices in collaboration with dental technicians. Collaborate closely with general practitioners, pulmonologists, and ENT specialists following sleep studies. Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor dental changes, and adjust orthodontic therapy as needed. Work within a multidisciplinary team offering diverse patient care ranging from families to complex cases.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde opleiding tandheelkunde
- Geldige BIG-registratie
- Gecertificeerde nascholing in de tandheelkundige slaapgeneeskunde (lid van NvTS)
- Ervaring met MRA-behandelingen
- Ervaring met het werken met SomnoDent
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring als tandarts, bij voorkeur in een soortgelijke setting
