[Tân Phú, HCM] Typist Team Leader

Oversee a team of typists to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality preparation of laboratory reports, mainly for Chemistry and Softline departments. Plan and assign work to ensure reports are completed on time. Follow up due dates with CS and related departments. Assign work to team members and manage deadlines. Oversee typing and formatting of reports from raw data and the ELims system. Support complex or urgent report typing when required. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of typists to maintain productivity and quality standards. Collaborate with lab staff to confirm report details and coordinate with QA and customer service for report corrections or client requests.
