Job Summary
Quality Responsible Person at Tamro Baltics will implement and oversee a system of best practice quality and compliance procedures on site in Kaunas, ensure adherence to GDP, ISO 9001/50001/27001 and other requirements, provide QA support to initiate and escalate critical issues through the QMS, maintain annual subcontractor oversight, and act as the QA point of contact for internal departments and customers. Requires a Pharmacy degree (Registered Pharmacist) and at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical quality role, with knowledge of GDP and management systems, plus strong communication in Lithuanian and English. Hybrid work model with a salary in the 4000–5200 EUR gross range, and company car offered.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist/Pharmacy degree
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality role within pharmaceutical wholesale distribution
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001
- Experience validating equipment, facilities, and processes
- Excellent oral and written communication in Lithuanian and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be an advantage
