Job Summary
Greet guests immediately with a courteous, friendly manner and enhance the value of the new and pre-owned vehicle sales process through personalized service maintenance, parts, and accessory consulting. Present features and benefits of all service, parts, and accessories that meet guest needs, then coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation between departments. Effectively communicate guest needs through verbal and written quotes, perform daily follow-ups throughout the service visit, and conduct active delivery walk-arounds to explain services performed and ensure 100% guest satisfaction before taking payment. Balance and move an 800+ lb. motorcycle while maintaining a professional appearance. Required Qualifications
- Possess the ability to use a computer
- Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology
- Prior parts sales experience a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve
- Present a professional and well-groomed appearance
- Requires the ability to balance and move an 800+lb. motorcycle
- Service Advisors spend much of the day on their feet demonstrating products
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
