Job Summary
Provide over-the-phone interpretation for medical, insurance, financial, utility, and court cases on a 24/7 schedule. Log on and off via the online portal or landline to handle high-volume calls for Limited English Proficient speakers. Submit a language assessment and provide valid SSN/EIN and photo ID to begin work. Payment is issued bi-monthly on the 15th and last day of the month via direct deposit based on minutes rendered. Applicants must reside in the United States and are not eligible if located in New York or California.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States
- Must meet all of the requirements to work in the United States legally (SSN or EIN & Photo ID required)
- Must be able to perform 100% over-the-phone interpretation
- Must be able to log on and off using an online portal or landline telephone
- Must be available for service 24/7
- Must pass a Language Assessment
