Job Summary
Conduct structured evaluations of AI chatbots and language models through written conversations and voice-based interactions to assess capabilities, safety, and helpfulness. Submit deliverables including write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings per specific task requirements. Interact directly with various AI models using assigned goals and prompts to generate data informing model development. This independent contractor role requires native or expert-level Tamil fluency and strong English skills, with a minimum age of 18. Applicants must possess hands-on experience with large language models and reliable internet access, with the ability to start within 48 hours. Work is flexible and project-based, allowing you to choose tasks and set your own hours alongside other clients. Required Qualifications
- Native or expert-level fluency in Tamil, as spoken in India
- Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
- Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation
- Able to pass a language proficiency assessment and AI evaluation task
- Responsive communicator
- Able to start within 48 hours
- Independent contractor engagement (task-based - project-based)
- Work from anywhere, on your own schedule
- Your own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools
