Job Summary
Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information. Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out. Manage and resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently. This role supports the Nationalization Development Program, enabling Saudi talents to acquire hospitality skills through classroom learning and on-job training. Candidates must be Saudi nationals with basic English skills and a strong passion for the hospitality field.
Required Qualifications
- Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience
- Basic English skills are a must
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
