TAM Ireland Field Technician

Job Summary
Install and maintain TV, broadband, and software metering equipment in panelist homes while testing data accuracy and educating users on proper equipment care. Travel regionally in a company vehicle to visit panellists, providing outstanding customer service and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure SLAs are met. Accurately log home activity and collaborate with operational teams to manage stock levels and service deadlines. This full-time role requires a valid driving license, a C.R.B. check, and the ability to work weekends in Ireland. You will represent Fifty5Blue to the outside world as part of our new television audience measurement panel launch.
Required Qualifications
- Legal right to live and work permanently in Ireland without requiring VISA sponsorship
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
- C.R.B check documentation
- Prepared to drive regionally within the Republic of Ireland
- May be required to work some weekends
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Polite and professional manner
- Positive attitude towards problem solving
- Team player who is happy to lend a hand when needed
- Proactive, self-motivator and the ability to work autonomously in a remote role
- Demonstrable experience of working in domestic environments
