Job Summary
Part-time seasonal Employee & Guest Experience Manager for Live Nation's TSRA venue. Lead and coordinate employee engagement, care, and recognition programs; manage day-of-show employee experience; design and deliver staff training; lead service-focused initiatives to enhance fan experiences; monitor guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement; manage budgets with venue leadership; collaborate with regional teams to align guest- and employee-focused programs; physical activities include walking, stairs, lifting equipment up to 30 lbs; requires flexibility to support event schedules and in-office planning.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ plus of work experience in a comparable role.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Strong communication skills including public speaking or meeting facilitation.
- Ability to engage others and sustain composure in a busy environment.
