Job Summary
Medical Devices Sales Representative role focusing on spinal implants with responsibility for achieving and exceeding regional sales targets through professional product marketing and hands-on support. Build and sustain long-term customer relationships, provide OR/operating room support and technical guidance, coordinate preoperative planning with surgeons, manage instrument availability and consignment/leasing items, deliver product trainings and workshops, analyze market and competitive landscape, prepare forecasts and reports, and ensure compliance and ethical conduct in dealings with customers and partners. Travel within the sales territory and close collaboration with logistics, customer service, and the broader sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im medizinischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizintechnik, idealerweise im Bereich Wirbelsäulenchirurgie
- Hohe technische Affinität
- OP-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beziehungsstärke
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft im Vertriebsgebiet
