Job Summary
Itinerant Talented and Gifted (TAG) teacher for grades 4-8 within New Haven Public Schools, serving Edgewood Magnet as the home school location. Provides instruction aligned with CT standards and Talented & Gifted programming, participating in district leadership development opportunities and benefiting from available teacher leadership roles and programs. Must hold CT educator certification for K-12, 1-6, or 4-8, and work within the negotiated salary framework for the 26-27 school year. Responsibilities include delivering TAG-focused instruction across assignments, collaborating with district staff, and supporting student engagement and growth in a family-friendly urban school setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain the certification requirements as established by Connecticut State Statutes
