Job Summary
Advise team leaders on operational matters and handle all HR-related queries from staff at DSV logistics locations in Venlo and Venray. Conduct weekly meetings, perform onboarding tours for new hires, manage absence discussions, and process personnel administration within HR systems. Travel between sites to support staff from their first day through administrative follow-up, ensuring smooth daily HR processes. Requires a completed MBO 4 education, B license, and fluent Dutch/English; 32–40 hours weekly.
