Talent & Workforce Planning Manager

Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's talent planning programs, serving as the sole owner of the function. Facilitate succession planning and talent reviews to identify critical roles, assess successor readiness, and address retention risks. Coordinate workforce planning activities to identify current and future capability needs aligned with business priorities. Develop career development frameworks, strengthen internal mobility practices, and manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise talent planning cycles. Establish and govern the talent assessment framework, including psychometric and behavioral assessments, while developing dashboards and reporting metrics to provide leaders with actionable insights into talent readiness and organizational risks.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational development, or related HR discipline
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning processes within a large, complex organization
- Strong understanding of talent planning practices, including succession, talent assessment, career development, internal mobility, and workforce planning
- Demonstrated ability to interpret workforce and talent data and translate insights into practical recommendations and actions
- Strong facilitation, consultation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders, guide talent-related discussions, and build effective partnerships across the organization
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to independently lead multiple enterprise-wide initiatives from design through execution
- Up to 10% travel; must be eligible to travel to Canada or the U.S

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
