Job Summary
Talent Strategist to own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions for a New York City–based consumer CPG brand, partnering with hiring leaders and the Director of People to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent. You will shape hiring strategy, advise leaders on talent decisions, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the David brand. Responsibilities include end-to-end hiring, defining candidate profiles and interview processes, serving as a trusted advisor with market insights, proactive talent sourcing, leading candidate evaluation, creating a fast, thoughtful candidate experience, owning recruiting operations (pipeline management, ATS hygiene, analytics), crafting compelling job descriptions and messaging, building relationships with external recruiting partners, and continuously improving hiring processes and employer branding as the company scales. Requirements include 1+ year of experience in recruiting or a fast-paced, high-growth environment; a Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred; strong attention to detail and organization; excellent communication and relationship-building; ability to manage multiple searches with speed and precision; curiosity about people and teams; excitement about building exceptional teams in a fast-paced, in-person CPG environment with ambitious growth goals. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., startup, consulting, or agency).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, and relationship-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities with speed, thoughtfulness, and precision.
- Strong curiosity about people, talent assessment, and what makes individuals and teams successful.
- Excitement about building exceptional teams in a fast-paced, in-person CPG environment with ambitious growth goals.
