Job Summary
Own recruiting end-to-end across the entire company: engineering, GTM, claims, and operations. Personally source candidates for our most critical roles. Build out the recruiting function: hire and manage recruiters/sourcers, run agency relationships, define our interview processes. Operate our recruiting stack (Ashby + sourcing tools + automations) and continuously improve it. Own employer brand and our presence in the markets we recruit from. Relocation and visa support provided; in-person in San Francisco.

- In-person, five days a week
