Job Summary
Partner with HR leadership to assess current practices and drive harmonization across talent acquisition, employee experience, and performance management. Contribute to the design of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, identifying gaps in the career journey and translating complex HR data into actionable recommendations for engagement and retention. Support global talent acquisition activities including sourcing and screening, while leading engagement survey processes and implementing continuous feedback mechanisms. Manage the global performance management process and drive improvements to broader talent management practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using HRIS tool -Workday to support HR processes and reporting
- Strong understanding of global talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement practices
- Demonstrated experience working with engagement surveys, employee listening, and experience initiatives
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Global mindset with experience working across diverse teams and cultures
- Currently authorized to work on a full-time basis, in the country where the position is currently based
