Job Summary
Talent Specialist to partner with leaders and the People & Culture team to lead recruiting for open positions, source and outreach to candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, provide recommendations on candidate fit, support offer processes, and own the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Build and maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate onboarding plans and early-success activities for new hires, gather feedback to improve recruiting and onboarding practices, and contribute to employee engagement and People & Culture initiatives to strengthen culture and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and provide recommendations
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and coordinating onboarding
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive sourcing and pipeline development
- Experience with structured interview processes and candidate experience improvement
