Job Summary
Talent Specialist in Northern Ireland tasked with supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns for The Royal Mail via Angard Staffing. You'll assist with attracting candidates, provide excellent customer service, handle candidate queries, and manage applications through the full recruitment process from screening to offer. Responsibilities include collecting and checking right-to-work documentation, working toward agreed targets and SLAs, and collaborating with colleagues to support the client’s recruitment needs. The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) on a rota that includes early/late/weekend shifts, and is a fixed-term contract until December 2026. Rigorous attention to compliance, vetting requirements, and documentation is required, with a focus on delivering a quality candidate experience.
