Job Summary
Talent Sourcing Specialist responsible for driving a consistent pipeline of candidates for high-need roles. You will source via LinkedIn, email groups, meetups, influencers, and referrals; develop and manage recruitment strategies; screen and interview candidates; maintain ATS records; and collaborate with stakeholders to convey Kaplan culture. Must be a strong communicator, adaptable under pressure, organized, resilient, resourceful, strategic, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Ideally experienced with recruitment best practices and in the education industry, with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Remote/Nationwide, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Ability to work independently in a remote workforce
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using social media and networking channels for recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS and candidate management
- Ability to screen and interview candidates and maintain candidate records
