Job Summary
Talent Sourcing Specialist responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top consulting talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, develop job postings, and identify sourcing strategies across channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry communities). Produce timely shortlists, conduct initial candidate screens, support selection and offers, maintain clear candidate communications, manage recruiting administration, and oversee a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Requires experience in Canada/US markets and knowledge-based industries; travel and vaccinations may be required; bilingual assets (French/Spanish) are a plus; post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
- Experience sourcing for specialized technical roles (engineering, geoscience, software, or other consulting disciplines)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity and adaptability with sourcing technologies
- Travel and vaccinations prerequisite (as needed for business travel)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
