Job Summary
Source and engage qualified professional and technical talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain candidate pipelines while conducting initial conversations to assess qualifications, interest, and availability. Partner with recruiters to adjust sourcing strategies and maintain accurate data in recruiting systems. Support scheduling, follow-up, onboarding, and weekly payroll processes, including resolving discrepancies. This full-time, onsite role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a plus for ATS and AI tool experience.
