Job Summary
Proactively source and identify top talent for open positions using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates while screening resumes to match job requirements. Engage with potential candidates to generate interest, manage cross-functional requisitions, and collaborate with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies. Stay current on industry trends and assist in employer branding efforts to attract passive candidates. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted sourcing. This role requires 3+ years of sourcing experience, fluency in English, and proficiency with Boolean search techniques.
