Job Summary
Talent Sourcer for a 6-month temporary role in Warsaw with up to 40% remote work. You will steer active sourcing to identify and hire candidates, act as a trusted advisor managing the recruitment process end to end, maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and HR, and contribute to continuous improvement or Employer Branding initiatives. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of active sourcing experience, a solid understanding of end-to-end hiring (in-house recruiting preferred), excellent communication skills to attract/passive candidates, strong multitasking and organizational abilities, and fluency in English (German a plus).
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of active sourcing experience
- good understanding of end-to-end hiring process, preferably in-house recruiting
- excellent communication skills with knowledge of how to attract and engage candidates, especially passive
- multitasking and well-organized; ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- fluency in English; German is a plus
