Job Summary
Conduct proactive talent identification using advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active candidates. Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging, while building and maintaining robust pipelines for critical SG&A roles including finance, legal, and policy. Partner closely with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals and analyze metrics to refine workflows. Apply Boolean search techniques and utilize applicant tracking systems to drive company growth in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting
- Proven track record of hiring for SG&A roles
- Experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A roles
- Ability to engage top tier talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness
- Ability to make informed decisions based on data
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with other sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar programs
