Required Qualifications
- Around 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting
- Experience in IT sourcing
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
- Curiosity and drive to test new tactics and channels
- Interest in AI and its application to HR and recruitment
- Excellent communication skills in English
