Job Summary
Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and product roles using Juicebox, LinkedIn, and GitHub. Run advanced boolean and X-Ray searches to identify passive candidates, then manage cold outreach sequences to move them into the pipeline. Own candidate data hygiene in Ashby, ensuring accurate tagging and stage movement while flagging credential inconsistencies for recruiter follow-up. Deliver a defined weekly volume of qualified, pipeline-ready candidates with minimal oversight. This fully remote, offshore-only position requires 3+ years of hands-on Ashby experience and is engaged as a 1099 independent contractor with no benefits or US-based candidates eligible.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on, day-to-day experience working directly in Ashby
- Fluency in Ashby's search/filter logic, pipeline and stage management, tagging, and candidate data hygiene
- Direct working experience sourcing in Juicebox
- Comfortable building and refining Juicebox searches independently
- 3+ years of sourcing experience
- Supporting technical and/or product roles
- Strong boolean/X-Ray search construction skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, and similar platforms
- Comfort sourcing across multiple technical disciplines including AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and engineering
- Ability to read a job description and translate it into precise search logic
- Strong written English for outreach that reads as personalized, not templated
- Proven ability to work independently and hit weekly sourcing targets with minimal oversight
- Based outside the United States
- Reasonable overlap with US business hours
