Job Summary
Talent Sourcer role focused on building and maintaining talent pipelines across markets, partnering with recruiters/hiring managers, proactively identifying qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, and delivering a positive candidate experience while tracking activity and improving strategies. Requires strong sourcing, research, networking, and engagement skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and English communication with German language ability considered a strong asset.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems, and other talent acquisition platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are valued
