Job Summary
Design and run advanced Boolean and X-ray searches across LinkedIn Recruiter to fill hard, niche, or senior roles. Build sharp Ideal Candidate Profiles with hiring managers, own sourcing pipelines for multiple concurrent positions, and execute high-volume, personalized outreach based on response data. Screen candidates before handoff to the hiring team, document playbooks and SOPs, and track metrics to rebuild failing search strategies. Requires in-office attendance five days a week in NYC-Gramercy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sourcing or sourcing experience
- deep Boolean/LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- Track record filling hard or senior roles through proactive sourcing
- Sourcing experience across multiple functions
- Excellent written communication
- Systems thinking
- Comfort owning multiple concurrent searches with real autonomy
- in-office attendance 5 days a week (NYC - Gramercy)
