Job Summary
Proactively source and identify qualified candidates across software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities. Conduct initial outreach to engage passive candidates with personalized messaging, screen and qualify them based on experience and availability, and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies while continuously researching technology talent markets. This role supports a recruiting agency partnering with technology companies to build exceptional teams in high-demand technical disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the technology industry
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and engage talent through multiple online platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a sourcing, recruiting coordination, or research role, even if informal or internship-based
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or applicant tracking systems
