Job Summary
Talent Sourcer to support recruiting delivery by reviewing inbound applications, sourcing passive candidates, conducting initial candidate outreach and screens, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Will build sourcing lists using LinkedIn and other tools for RPO and Retained Search roles; manage outreach using approved templates; conduct structured phone and video screens; maintain standardized documentation of compensation expectations, availability, and concerns; communicate dispositions; raise pipeline roadblocks to the Sourcing Operations Manager; and assist with interview scheduling for Retained Search engagements. Requires strong sourcing, screening, and ATS proficiency, with experience in LinkedIn and job boards, and ability to collaborate across workflows in a multi-client recruiting environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 1 year experience: recruiting, HR coordination, or a closely related function
- Experience conducting phone or video screens with job candidates
- Familiarity with at least one ATS or applicant tracking tool
- Experience sourcing on LinkedIn or using job boards for candidate identification
- LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or equivalent
- ATS platform proficiency
- Microsoft Office suite including Word and Outlook
- Microsoft Teams for internal communication
- Nice to have familiarity with ExactHire, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
