Job Summary
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while conducting initial outreach and pre-screening calls. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Stay current with market trends and sourcing best practices. This role supports the recruitment team in meeting hiring goals within Abacus, a global professional services leader with over 5,000 people serving 1,500 enterprise clients across digital transformation and SAP solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (internship/freelance experience is acceptable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing platforms is a plus
