Job Summary
Facilitate end-to-end processes for external talent, managing the full lifecycle from request through fulfillment and administration. Bridge internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor while overseeing pooling systems, advertising, and interview processes until onboarding. Act as the single point of contact for clients and candidates, evaluating delivery quality and holding feedback review meetings. Manage large volume talent pools for various companies or specific projects within the MSP program. Ensure correct administration and budget negotiations while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experiences in Talent Management, recruitment, staffing or contracting
- Bachelor degree or similar experiences
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and other office tools and systems
- Good communication skills, native Dutch or French with additional good level of English
- You are working pro-actively in a well structured way
- Correct administration is key
- You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team in which you are able to communicate within different levels and stakeholders
- You have a positive attitude with problem solving skills
