Job Summary
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple enterprises within Cordeel Group using eBlox software, ensuring accurate application of Belgian social legislation and sectoral agreements for both workers and staff. Execute salary simulations, draft employment contracts, and monitor indexations and regulatory changes to support payroll proposals. Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding compensation and benefits while collaborating with the social secretariat for audits and process optimization. Requires five years of payroll experience, proficiency in eBlox, and comfort with paritary committees. Full-time role with flexible hours, hybrid work options, and a competitive package including a company car and laptop.
Required Qualifications
- Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen payroll
- Grondige kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving
- Sterke kennis van eBlox
- Ervaring met payroll voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden
- Comfort in een omgeving met verschillende paritaire comités
- Nederlands als voertaal
- Kennis van het Frans (mooie troef)
