Job Summary
Lead proactive sourcing efforts for technical and business roles, partnering with hiring teams to execute targeted strategies that attract diverse, high-caliber talent. Map candidates across specific geographies using advanced channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search to engage passive applicants. Conduct initial outreach, screening, and assessment while maintaining an organized ATS pipeline and analyzing market trends to refine sourcing approaches. Provide a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through early hiring stages.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sourcing experience
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Applied Engineers, Product Designers) and other business functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations)
- Expertise in using advanced sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search, Boolean search, Gem, etc.)
- Highly proficient in using AI and Agents to research, map and identify hard to find talent
- Excellent understanding of the tech talent landscape, market trends, and competitor hiring strategies
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and recruiters based on market insights and candidate availability
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to sourcing, with experience using metrics to optimize processes and improve results
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on delivering a world-class candidate experience
- Must be available for in-person collaboration 5 days a week in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, New York City, Tokyo, or London
- Must be available for in-person collaboration 3 days a week in Bangalore (with transition to 5 days per week by end of year)
