Job Summary
Lead a small Talent Research team to execute extensive talent mapping, executive sourcing, and proactive market intelligence for global leadership searches. Coach researchers on methodology, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging sourcing platforms like Metaview and Draup. Personally drive deep primary and secondary research to identify target organizations, competitor talent, and leadership pipelines. Build market maps, succession landscapes, and curated hire-ready talent banks aligned to evolving business priorities. Deliver workforce analytics, hiring trends, and strategic advisory to senior business leaders, ensuring all activities adhere to global ethical recruiting standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in executive search, talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, or research-led recruitment within global organisations or executive search firms
- Shown success in leading complex global search assignments across multiple regions and industries
- Strong expertise in market mapping, talent landscaping, succession intelligence, and proactive executive engagement
- Demonstrated capability in building and leading strategic talent pipelines and talent communities
- Experience demonstrating recruitment technologies that use artificial intelligence and sourcing automation tools
- Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex market information quickly
- Strong commercial competence and ability to understand evolving business and talent dynamics
- Advanced customer management and influencing capability with senior business leaders and TA team members globally
- Data-driven approach with the ability to convert insights into impactful talent strategies
- High attention to detail combined with strong project management and execution capability
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present market insights clearly and credibly
- Curiosity, innovation approach, and passion for employing emerging technologies in talent acquisition
