Job Summary
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support staffing goals while monitoring activity data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Partner with district, regional, and headquarters leadership to understand staffing needs and drive progress toward hiring targets. Manage job postings across multiple platforms, evaluate advertising performance, and adjust tactics based on results. Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system, workflows, and templates while training hiring managers on effective system use. Review job descriptions and recruitment materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance, and identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and efficiencies. Support recruitment partnerships, career fairs, and talent initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of recruitment operations experience, and strong analytical skills. Starting salary is $50,000–$55,000 annually in Gainesville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- at least two years of experience in recruitment operations
- equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong computer skills

- Knowledge of recruitment practices
