Job Summary

Lead the full recruitment cycle for company-wide roles, manage candidate selection and sourcing via UKG, LinkedIn, career fairs, professional associations, and trade groups; maintain and leverage the applicant tracking system; partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to align recruiting with managerial needs; conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes; prepare offer letters and background checks; ensure compliance with HR policies and reporting; execute quarterly staffing analytics; oversee non-employee contractor requests and other HR duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience, with specialization in recruiting preferred
