Job Summary
Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for hospitality positions including FOH, BOH staff, management, and specialized roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and create compelling job descriptions. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding while maintaining accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Harri). Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and networking channels within budget restrictions. Continuously refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in HR projects and support new openings across the UK, EU, and UAE.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter within the hospitality industry in the UK during the last 2 years
- Strong understanding of hospitality roles and the unique challenges of hiring in this sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently, managing time and tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
