Talent Recruiter

Talent Recruiter responsible for owning the full recruiting lifecycle across software engineering, finance and data, sales, marketing, and support. Build and manage candidate pipelines via passive outreach, job boards, referrals, and AI-enabled methods; design and facilitate bias-free interview processes; partner with hiring managers to sharpen interviewing skills; drive data-informed hiring metrics (pipeline health, hiring velocity, quality of hires); represent Neighbor as a strategic partner to stakeholders. Requires 3+ years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a hybrid work model based in Lehi, UT.
